Karl Schudt plays Karl, the "Big Words Barista" with a mysterious background, that makes him the resident sage.

Joseph Fieramosca plays Giuseppe, the lovable local restaurateur who drops by Hope's for the cappuccino and stays for the atmosphere (and the advice).

Simonetta-Marie Pacek plays Susan, Hope's lead waitress, and ever upbeat, magazine-toting helper.
DEACON BOB BRANSON
Len Pacek plays Deacon Bob, the southern raised, but Chicago educated deacon from St. Genesius across the street from Hope's Cafe who happens to be Hope's brother-in-law.

Helen Pacek plays Karen, Hope's new waitress, and professional college student.
NELLIE
Caroline Anzalone plays Nellie, the germaphobic regular at Hope's cafe. She just prefers water please. Clean water.
JENNICA
Mary Pacek plays Jennica, the friendly, athletic girl from the local Christian church. She has no idea what she's just walked into.

Vicky Fieramosca plays Sadie, the elder stateswoman of Hope's Cafe. The free samples are fine, thanks.
